How to Enable Local Presence Dialing in CallBack

Activate the Feature: Navigate to Settings in your CallBack dashboard. From there, go to the Phone Numbers section and click on the Advanced Settings tab.
Enable Local Presence Dialing: You will see the option for "Default Phone Number for Outbound Calls". Select the first option: "In case outgoing calls go unanswered, some contacts may call back. To ensure they reach your team member who had called them: Increase answer rates by using the area code from the phone number closest to the contact."
